Tri Camp Cymru 2027 Weekend Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Carreg Gamu, trading as Tri Camp Cymru, Blaenllain, Cwmbach, Whitland, Carmarthenshire, SA34 0DT (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in the administration of the prize draw.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, entrants must, during the promotional period:

1. Follow @tricampcymru on Instagram; and
2. Comment on the designated competition Reel and tag two friends.

Completion of these steps constitutes one entry into the prize draw.

Bonus Entry

Entrants can receive one additional entry by sharing the competition Reel to their Instagram or Facebook Story and tagging @tricampcymru.

Entrants with a private Instagram or Facebook account must send @tricampcymru a screenshot by direct message showing that the Reel was shared to their Story during the promotional period so that the bonus entry can be verified.

A maximum of two entries per person is permitted: one standard entry and one bonus entry.

Entries which are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

4. Promotional Period

The prize draw opens on Saturday 12th September 2026 and closes at 8pm on Sunday 11th October.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

5. The Prize

There is one prize available.

The winner will receive a two-night weekend stay at Tri Camp Cymru for up to 12 people in total, including the winner.

The prize includes:

1. Two nights' accommodation for up to 12 people in Tri Camp Cymru's luxury log cabins; and
2. Use of Tri Camp Cymru's onsite indoor training facilities during the stay, subject to the usual facility rules, opening times and any reasonable safety requirements.

Tri Camp Cymru hopes to have additional facilities, including a sauna and cold plunge, available when the venue opens. If these facilities are operational at the time of the winner's stay, they may also be available for use subject to the normal site rules. The sauna, cold plunge and any other facilities not expressly included above do not form part of the guaranteed prize.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Promoter, the prize does not include travel to or from Tri Camp Cymru, food or drink, coaching, equipment hire or any other additional costs or paid activities.

The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. When the Prize Can Be Taken

Tri Camp Cymru is scheduled to open in 2027, but the exact opening date has not yet been confirmed.

The prize will therefore be redeemable after Tri Camp Cymru officially opens to guests, on an available weekend mutually agreed between the winner and the Promoter.

The Promoter will contact the winner once suitable booking dates are available.

The winner will be given a reasonable selection of available dates from which to arrange their stay. Dates are subject to availability and the Promoter cannot guarantee a particular weekend requested by the winner.

The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of Tri Camp Cymru's official opening, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.

If the opening of Tri Camp Cymru is delayed for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the winner will retain their entitlement to the prize and will be offered the opportunity to take the stay following the venue's opening.

7. Selecting the Winner

After the closing date, all valid entries, including verified bonus entries, will be entered into the draw.

The winner will be selected at random using a verifiably random selection process.

The Promoter will retain appropriate records of the selection process.

8. Contacting the Winner

The winner will be contacted by @tricampcymru via Instagram or Facebook direct message.

The Promoter will never ask the winner to provide payment or bank/card details in order to claim the prize.

The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial notification.

If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

Entrants should be aware of fraudulent accounts impersonating Tri Camp Cymru. Communication regarding the prize will only come from the official @tricampcymru Instagram or Facebook account.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the selected winner has complied with the entry requirements before awarding the prize.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm their eligibility.

10. Guests

The prize is for a maximum of 12 people in total, including the winner.

The winner is responsible for organising their guests and ensuring that everyone attending complies with Tri Camp Cymru's normal accommodation, facility and safety rules.

Any activities undertaken during the stay will be subject to the normal rules, safety requirements and participation requirements applicable to those activities.

11. Changes Outside the Promoter's Control

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it impossible to provide the prize exactly as described, the Promoter will seek to provide a reasonable alternative of equivalent or greater value where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights entrants have under applicable law.

12. Personal Data

Personal information provided or obtained in connection with the prize draw will be used for the administration of the prize draw, including verifying entries, contacting the winner and arranging the prize.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

Entry into the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Tri Camp Cymru.

13. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or the awarding of the prize and release Instagram from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation of the entry process or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter will administer the prize draw fairly and will not change the Terms & Conditions after the promotion has begun except where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary and where doing so is permitted by applicable law and advertising rules.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom.
