01 What we’re creating

Tri Camp Cymru will be a dedicated home for triathlon training camps in West Wales.

Think luxury accommodation, an indoor training space where you can race your mates side by side on Zwift, and a dedicated area for strength work that doubles as a space for coaching, talks and workshops.

And because a training camp shouldn't be all training, there'll be plenty of space to hang out, recover, drink coffee and plan the next session.

Bring your athletes. Bring your club. Bring a group of friends.

Then step outside and train in a location made for swim, bike and run — from open-water swimming and miles of quiet roads to some seriously good running.

We're creating the kind of place we'd want to book for a training weekend ourselves.

02 Accommodation

Stay together, train together, recover together.

Tri Camp Cymru will have two luxury log cabins, each sleeping up to six adults — giving groups of up to 12 their own base for the weekend.

Both cabins are fully self-catered, with their own kitchen and bathroom facilities, plus a private six-person hot tub on the veranda — ideal for winding down after a big day of training.

Comfortable, practical and designed for groups who want to train hard without giving up the good stuff.

03 West Wales

Step outside Tri Camp Cymru and West Wales becomes your training ground.

Swim in the sea. Ride through the hills. Run on the trails.

For the bike, we're surrounded by the kind of roads that make this part of Wales so good for riding — quiet lanes, long climbs, fast descents and plenty of elevation. Head into the Preseli Hills, ride west towards St Davids and the Pembrokeshire coast, take on sections of the legendary IRONMAN Wales bike course, or head north into Ceredigion and the Cambrian Mountains when you're looking for a seriously big day out.

For open-water swimming, we're ideally placed to give you options. Tenby is around 35 minutes away, with its iconic beaches and IRONMAN Wales swim course, while heading north towards Aberporth and Cardigan Bay opens up another stretch of coastline to explore.

And if you prefer your running off-road, it gets even better. The Preseli Hills are just 10 minutes away, with miles of trails and open countryside, while you can be on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path in around 25 minutes.

04 Indoor training

This is where Tri Camp Cymru gets a little different.

Think of it as a club for athletes — a state-of-the-art indoor training space built for groups to train, race and push each other.

We'll have Wahoo KICKR ROLLRs and KICKR RUNs set up for head-to-head riding and running, with lighting designed to bring the atmosphere when things get competitive. There'll also be space for athletes to bring their own turbo trainers, so larger groups can ride, race and suffer together.

Off the bike and treadmill, you'll find weights and dedicated space for strength and conditioning, with the flexibility to use the area for group sessions, coaching and talks too.

This isn't a row of turbo trainers facing a wall. We're creating somewhere you'll actually want to train together.

Train together. Race your mates. Bring the heat.

A dedicated indoor training space like this is something we haven't been able to find anywhere else in the UK — so we're building it.

05 Recovery

Because the best training camps aren't just about the training.

Our coffee corner will overlook the indoor training and racing area, giving you somewhere to refuel, catch up and — more importantly — watch your mates suffer while you drink a coffee.

Step outside and you'll find our sauna and cold plunge, ready for some post-session recovery, relaxation or a bit of friendly competition over who can stay in the cold the longest.

Train hard. Recover properly. Drink good coffee.

Then get ready to do it all again tomorrow.
